A TRIO ON THE PODIUM
Green, yellow, or red? However you prefer your model, the Swiss brand has introduced new versions of its ultra-sporty model to energize you!
While the race car driver Max Verstappen just won his second Formula 1 world championship title after his victory at the Japanese Grand Prix, TAG Heuer, partner of his team, unveiled a trio of chronographs bearing the emblematic colors of the competition. The dial of the Formula 1, a reference launched in 1986, is thus decked out in green, yellow, as well as in an intense and luminous red obtained with a sunburst finish. On top, the counters and the small seconds in the tricompax position, all coated in black, provide an ideal contrast to create a dynamic display. The Super-Luminova® coated hands and markers ensure that time can be read under optimal conditions, even in the dark. The whole assembly is ringed by a fixed black PVD-treated bezel adorned with a tachymeter scale, adding an extra sporty touch to the watch’s appearance.
Inside the 43mm diameter satin-finished steel case, water-resistant down to a depth of 200 meters, a precise quartz movement is in action. Moreover, it orchestrates the measurement of time to 1/10th of a second with the date located at 4 o’clock. Each variation of this dazzling Formula 1 trio proposed by the Swiss watchmaker is accompanied by a comfortable textured rubber wristband closed by a pin buckle, coordinated perfectly with the respective color of the dial. With its checkerboard motif decorating the solid background of the case, a concentration of the spirit of motor racing awaits you on your wrist.
