TAG Heuer enhances its dive watch collection with three novel colorful variations boasting a 43 mm-diameter steel case with satin-brushed and polished finishes. The first takes on a military look with a khaki-tone unidirectional graduated bezel and matching nylon strap. A sunray-brushed anthracite dial heightens this off-roader style. The time data in this Aquaracer is driven by a quartz movement.
The other two versions reveal an innovation. A first-of-firsts here for the brand as it proposes resin-crafted bezels which reproduce a tortoise-shell pattern. One of the two flaunts an array of sunkissed ocean hues ranging from light to deep dark blue. The other adorns brownish shades blending perfectly with the black sunray-brushed dial. Both are complemented by an alligator-patterned strap, leather for the first, rubber for the second.
This duo hosts the same technical features. Moreover, this tandem is driven by the selfwinding 5 caliber (38-hour power reserve). Its balance-wheel beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations an hour. It drives the hour and minute hands which hover over the indexes positioned around the fringes of the dial. All these components are coated with blue- or green-glowing white Super-LumiNova®. This ever-so accurate device also powers the date set at 3 o’clock, which is topped by a lens to make reading optimal.
