WHEN DELICACY BECOMES A GUIDING LIGHT
The Parisian house breathes life into a watch that diffuses truly rare elegance, epitomized through its dial finalized by the expert hands of its craftspeople, and issued in just 24 numbered pieces.

Hermès time whisks us off once again to a geographical region that doesn’t exist on any map of the world. Here, grace, charm, poetry, and harmony are our pointers, leading us on our journey. A journey where fantastic animals reign in dreamlike settings. Here, the pattern imagined by artist Théo de Gueltzl for the silk scarf bearing the same name as the Arceau Robe Légère timepiece is delightfully transformed into an ever-so elaborate equestrian creature. It is fashioned with slivers of silver leaf nestling perfectly in place thanks to the use of the subtle paillonné enameling technique. A slender, lacelike silhouette of a horse prances against a deep blue backdrop obtained using colored powered glass combined with natural oils, fired in a high-temperature kiln to fix the pigments.
This meticulous work brings a spectacular, ornate scenography to life, center staged by the 71 diamonds that adorn the bezel. This stunning ensemble is showcased in a sophisticated, 38 mm-diameter white gold case. The strands of a comfortable alligator strap embrace the iconic asymmetrical lugs specific to this model designed by Henry d’Origny in 1978. The pair of hour and minute hands is conscientiously driven by the H1912 caliber. This selfwinding movement, assembled in the firm’s Swiss workshops, delivers a power reserve of some 50 hours. Perfect for enjoying the dreamy scenescape of the Arceau Robe Légère, savvily created by the manufacture’s expert know-how.
