On the occasion of the first “physical” meeting of the DreamHers in Madrid, the brand based in Le Locle presented two vintage-looking chronographs with steel lugs covered in diamonds.
It’s time to reach your star is Zenith‘s signature. But beyond the words, the manufacture from Le Locle is going further and higher by unveiling a group of independent women, each excelling in her field of expertise, named DreamHers in 2020 and then proposing a “physical” meeting in Madrid a few weeks ago. DreamHers is much more than a concept, it is a kind of current of thoughts and exchange. To accompany this first meeting, the watchmaker presented a duo of Chronomaster Original watches in a version that is both soft and strong.
Soft by the colors chosen to dress the famous counters present on the dials: cameo of bluish mother-of-pearl or gradation of taupe gray, which are enhanced by 9 diamond indexes. The hours and minutes are marked in the center by two rhodium-plated, faceted baton-shaped hands dotted with dark Super-LumiNova®, while the small second appears at 9 o’clock. The date is shown in an aperture at 4:30. For the measurement of short times, the 1/10th of a second is indicated via the chronograph second hand that powers the totalizers at 3 and 6 o’clock.
The El Primero 3600 automatic caliber, which vibrates at a frequency of 5hz, delivers a 60-hour power reserve when fully wound and is housed in a 38mm-diameter steel case. And strong too by the imposing personality of the horns lined with 56 diamonds.
This pairing is bound to the wrist by a calfskin strap, sky blue for the mother-of-pearl version and cappuccino for the model with the silvered dial, and a steel folding clasp.
