BLUE ACCORDING TO BREGUET
This model, previously proposed with a rose gold and ivory or platinum and white combination, is now available in a new elegantly up-to-the-minute fusion.
Less is more… The artistic Minimalist movement’s famous motto had already inspired others long before this movement came into being. Breguet, the watchmaker, had already embraced it as one of its stylistic signatures. Breguet, the manufacture, pursues this commitment by creating highly-refined pieces. Its Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat Automatique 5367 is a pure example. To further enhance this pared-down scenescape, the watchmakers opted for a dial fashioned using a rather delicate technique, Grand feu enameling. The resulting indigo blue hue is gifted with incomparable depth and intensity. On this dial, we discover the collection’s adornments. The hollow moon-tip hour and minute hands point to a slightly-off-centered hour chapter featuring stylized Arabic numerals. At 5 o’clock, a tourbillon in its titanium carriage and the small seconds, placed on its axis, entice with their powers of visual attraction and, at the same time, limit the effects of the Earth’s gravity on the mechanics.
The 41 mm-diameter, 7.41 mm-thick titanium case hosts the 581 caliber. This ultra-slim self-winding movement, just 3 mm high, is engineered with 334 components. Its highly-contemporary architecture and its barrel mounted on roller-bearings ensure a power reserve of some 80 hours. The sapphire-crystal caseback invites to admire the finishes and decorations.
For perfect wearing comfort, the Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat Automatique 5367 is complemented by an alligator strap reiterating the dial color. The strap is attached by a folding clasp.
