EFFICIENCY IN ACTION
With these new references presented for the 70th anniversary of the emblematic collection, the winged-hourglass brand is a reminder of the importance of size.
Launched in 1954 with a 35 mm model, the Conquest range by Longines has always been anchored in its time, with relevant aesthetic and technical developments. They all display their time information elegantly. The variations unveiled this year retain this DNA. On a silver, green, blue, black or champagne-colored dial, slender hour and minute hands point to an hour chapter made up solely of markers. The Super-LumiNova® paint applied to some of these elements ensures excellent readability in all conditions.
This minimalist composition is completed with a discreet date window at 6 o’clock. All of these versions have a stylish and sporty personality enhanced by their metal strap perfectly integrated into the steel case, water-resistant to a depth of 100 meters, which is now available in a diameter of 38 mm with a thickness of 10.90 mm. These compact dimensions accentuate the versatility of the watch, which can be worn by both men and women. Inside this case sits the caliber L888.5. This self-winding movement with a silicon monocrystal balance spring is insensitive to the negative effects of magnetic fields. In addition to its accuracy, this mechanism, whose oscillating weight can be seen through the sapphire crystal back, also boasts a power reserve of at least 72 hours. Ideal for wearing a Conquest for every occasion. And that’s what matters!
