INTRA-MATIC CHRONOGRAPH H Hamilton

INTRA-MATIC CHRONOGRAPH H Hamilton

MANUAL MODE

With its sporty variations inspired by its Chronograph A and B from 1968, Hamilton combines the versatility of powerful style with traditional engineering delivering state-of-the-art performances.

A watch boasting a couple of hands hovering over a pared-down silvered dial and a date set at 6 o’clock set the ball rolling back in 2012 for a collection emphasizing classic, timeless design, the Intra-Matic. After a myriad of variations, Hamilton enhanced its range in 2017 with an automatic bi-compax chronograph. This year, the Swatch Group brand pursues its route and proposes a novel newcomer, the Intra-Matic Chronograph H, hosting a hand-wound movement this time round.

Dashes of beige-hued Super-LumiNova® adorn the indexes and hour and minute hands. A tachymetric scale encircles all the time data. All these features, as well as the domed sapphire crystal which tops the ensemble, center stage the vintage look of these timepieces which draw their inspiration from references launched back in the 60s and 70s.

Moreover, it breathes life into short-cycle time measurements ever-so easily via the piston-shaped pushers. Elapsed time can be read through the central lacquered direct-drive and 30-minute totalizer at 3 o’clock. To highlight its chic-sporty style even more, the Intra-Matic Chronograph H is accompanied by a black calfskin strap or a Milanese mesh bracelet attached by a folding clasp.
