HYPNOTIC BLUE
This diver’s watch will be officially launched at the upcoming Baselworld, with all the design assets needed to be a must-have this summer.
Showing their hand from the start. With the clear aim of making a striking visual impact. A novice will never tire of looking at the intense, bright, sunshine-filled colour of the Nautilo Vintage. For watch experts, the emotional effect might be a little less, since the blue dial has been one of Anonimo’s main design features for the past 20 years. In any case, the Florentine brand combining Italian sports-style chic with Swiss mechanisms has achieved a great result with a simple dial, and hour and minute hands, along with the indices, coated in lume. So readability is optimal in all lighting conditions. But isn’t this a vital feature for a diver’s watch? To keep all your underwater trips safe, the 42mm-wide cushion-style steel case has also been slightly redesigned for the occasion with watertightness guaranteed down to 200 metres. It is combined with a screwed crown at 4 o’clock and the essential revolving unidirectional bezel made from a blue ceramic insert.
The time information and the date, at 6 o’clock, are powered by an automatic movement. The calibre SW 200-1 by Sellita provides 38 hours of power reserve once fully wound. The customised Anonimo rotor can be seen through the sapphire crystal caseback.
And to make it just as comfortable to wear at a café terrace, when it is time for an aperitivo, as in the depths of the ocean, the Nautilo Vintage comes with a calf’s leather strap fitted with a tang buckle.
