This limited-edition project, initiated by Laurent Picciotto, owner of Chronopassion in Paris, masterfully combines graphic fluidity and geometric rigor.
With its bold sculptural architecture, the Octo Finissimo displayed its ability to explore the frontiers of the extra-flat by setting no less than eight records within a single decade. The Bulgari signature watch also displays a remarkable ability to adapt to all personalities, from the rather conventional to the most offbeat. The Octo Finissimo Tatto Acqua features all the attributes needed to seduce those in search of sophisticated non-conformism. While the 40mm diameter titanium case and wristband remain perfectly integrated, the model distinguishes itself thanks to a laser engraving covering the entire timepiece, including the dial, with the exception of the bezel. A wave pattern created by Mo Coppoletta, a renowned art director and fashionable tattoo artist living in London, seals the second installment in a series that began in 2021 with the Octo Finissimo Tattoo Aria.
As with the previous creation, the hour and minute hands as well as the small seconds hand at 8 o’clock are powered by the extra-flat BVL 138 caliber measuring 2.23mm thick. This self-winding movement equipped with a platinum micro-rotor delivers 60 hours of power reserve. The sapphire back of the case allows for an appreciation of its Côtes de Genève finish, among other details.
