A PACK DESIGNED FOR THE SCRUM
The watchmaking brand beefs up its proposals with chronographs tailored for accompanying you anywhere, anytime in your daily life.
Crouch, bind, set. The calls made by the referee are reverently adhered to by the packs comprising 8 players during the scrums. This figure corresponds to the number of models making up Tissot’s brand-new sports line, the SuperSport Chrono. Pure coincidence? Definitely not, as the brand has been involved in the world of the oval-shaped ball for many years now, in particular as official timekeeper for the Six Nations European Championship.
Each model, with a stature as impressive as that of a rugby player – 45.5 mm bodies crafted in steel –, flaunts its presence proudly on any masculine wrist. And, just like team jerseys, there’s a host of color combinations. PVD-coating invites black and rose gold hues in. Dial-wise, in addition to the large luminescent sword-shaped hands driven by a quartz movement and a minute tracker comprising ultra-readable indexes jam-packed with Super-LumiNova®, there’s a small seconds at 6 o’clock. Two totalizers linked to the central direct-drive display short-cycle time measurements. This ever-so orderly composition is encircled by a fixed bezel boasting a tachymetric scale. This pairs together with the timepiece finishes wonderfully well. In short, it can be black enhanced with white graduations, yellow gold with a black printed insert set off with yellow gold or 100% pure steel. The choice of these features will also determine the color of the two pushers and the color scheme of the dial.
Last but not least, to ensure optimal wearing comfort, all the SuperSport Chrono watches are complemented by a brown or black leather strap.
