Since 2022, Longines has been giving its iconic Ultra-Chron collection a magnificent boost. Every iteration that has joined the clan reconnects with the original personality yet is infused with the latest technical innovations, as illustrated by this Ultra-Chron Carbon model. In short, its 43 mm-diameter carbon-fashioned case retains the elegant tonneau shape. The random striations intrinsic to the material exalt the esthetic power of this monochrome-hued piece. The cutting-edge L.836.6 caliber, nestling inside this holder, pursues the legacy of a 5 Hz high-frequency movement.
Readability is optimal on the dial dressed in graceful sandblasted anthracite gray thanks to a low-key scenography that focuses on the essential. Blue-glowing Super-LumiNova® pain adorns the hour and minute hands, as well as the twelve slender markers. Each component stands out clearly, even in total darkness.
